Refund policy
1. Return Authorization (RA) Required
All returns require prior authorization from Misumiso and a valid Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without a valid RA number will be disposed of by Misumiso if unclaimed within 30 days from the date of receipt.
2. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, all sales are considered final.
3. Eligibility for Return and Required Documentation
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, uninstalled, and resalable condition. It must be free of any modifications, scratches, or signs of use, and must be returned with all original components, tags, and in its original packaging with SKU labels intact.
How to Initiate a Return

In your email, please include your Order Number and the Reason for the return.

Submit Photos for Pre-Approval: For all returns, customers must submit high-resolution photos of the product inside its original packaging for pre-approval by our operations team.
4. Shipping the Return

Free Returns (Misumiso Error): If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or our shipping error, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

Customer-Initiated Returns (Change of Mind): For returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Return Address Warning: Do not send your return to the address on the original package. Returns must be sent to the authorized address provided with the RA number.
5. Damages and Issues (48-Hour Claim Window)
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

Damages in Transit: If the item is damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos of both the damaged product and the exterior shipping box so we can file a claim and send a replacement at no cost to you.

Defective/Wrong Item: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover all associated shipping costs (original and return shipping) and send the correct item immediately.
6. Exceptions and Restocking Fees
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Items that show any marks of use.

Items damaged due to incorrect use or customer misuse.

Components where the original security seal has been broken.

Custom-etched or special-order items.

Sale items or gift cards.
Restocking Fee
Items returned with minor signs of use, wear, or missing parts, or those that require re-packaging, will be subject to a 50% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.
7. Order Cancellation Policy

Pre-Shipment Cancellation (Full Refund): Customers may cancel any order before it is scanned by our overseas warehouse carrier. We will cover all costs, including the payment processing fee, and provide a full refund.

Post-Shipment Cancellation (Shipping Cost Deduction): If cancellation is requested after the order has been shipped, it will be treated as a return. The original shipping cost incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

Out-of-Stock Cancellation (Misumiso Responsibility): If a product is ordered but discovered to be out-of-stock, we will notify the customer immediately and bear all losses for the cancellation, initiating an immediate full refund.
8. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-7 business days (Note: Banks may require 8-15 business days to post the funds).
