We primarily utilize reliable domestic carriers FedEx/Amazon to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your high-value items.

🔍 Order Tracking and Management
How Do I Track My Order?
A tracking code will be sent to your email within 24-48 business hours after your order has shipped.

If you do not see an update on the tracking page within 2-3 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact our support team.
Orders with Multiple Items
If you order multiple products, they may ship in separate packages to ensure the integrity of the packaging and product safety. Please allow 1-2 extra days for all packages in your order to arrive.
Damaged or Lost Packages

Shipping Damage: If your package is damaged during transit, you must contact us at rachel@misumisoart.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos of both the damaged product and the exterior shipping box so we can facilitate a claim and arrange a free replacement for you.

Delivered but Not Received: If tracking shows the package as delivered, please check all common areas (porches, back doors, mailrooms, neighbors). Misumiso is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently stolen.
Return to Sender
If an order is returned to our warehouse due to a customer error (e.g., incorrect address, failure to accept delivery), the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package. Please contact rachel@misumisoart.com to arrange re-shipment.
